User Policy   

2netave provides web hosting and email services. 2netave reserves the right to refuse services to anyone, and reserves the right to cancel any client, if 2netave determines, at its sole discretion, that a web hosting account has been used inappropriately.

  1. Prohibited Usage

2netave prohibits sites engaged in:

  • Illegal activities including but not limited to storing and/or distributing illegal copies of copyrighted software,  violations of U.S. laws, selling and/or distributing illegal contraband.  
  • Adult content
    The determination of what is "adult content" and prohibited shall be solely made by 2netave.
  • Internet abuse including but not limited to mass unsolicited Emailing (spamming) and the distribution of mass emailing utilities, mail bombing of Internet users, posting of obscene or inflammatory messages, cross-posting messages to multiple usenet groups, threatening other Internet users, and installing and operating port scanners or packet sniffers.
  • Systems abuse including but not limited to use of excessive CPU resources, use of excessive disk space, use of excessive email storage space, hacking our systems, installing continuously running programs, such as IRC bots, reselling CGI scripts. 
  1. Web Site Content

The client is responsible for keeping a copy of their most current web site files as backup on a remote system (not on 2netave servers). 2netave is not responsible for any lost files, information, or data.

  1. Support
  • Free customer support is provided via email.
  • 2netave provides custom programming, scripting, or web site consulting, and Web Development service at extra charge.
  1. Payment Policy
  • All services are on a minimum quarterly (3 month) prepayment basis.
  • Full payment is required before any hosting service is rendered, which includes quarterly renewals. 
  • 2netave only accepts credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard). 
  • Once an order is successfully submitted, the client is subject to 2netave's refund policy.
  • All monetary transactions will occur in $US dollars. 
  • No bills or invoices will be sent by postal mail or fax. 
  • Prepayment is due each anniversary quarter (3 months) following the date the account was established.  
  • If domain name registration is not through 2netave, client is responsible for this payment to keep domain ownership.
  • 2netave reserves the right to change prices at any time.
  1. Refund Policy
  • For new accounts, the set up fee is non-refundable.
  • If a client terminates service at any time, remind full month's payment will be refund.
  • If 2netave terminates an account due to policy violation, there will be no refund.  
  • Refunds are in $US currency.  Refunds are not subject to international currency conversion rate changes.
  1. Billing Schedule & Credit Card Failures
  • Credit cards are charged 10 days prior to the end of the billing cycle. After successful payment, an email notification will be sent to the billing contact. 
  • In the event of any credit card failure, a notice will be sent to the billing contact via email. If the credit card continues to fail and the billing cycle ends, the account will be cancelled.
  1. Account Reactivation

If an account was cancelled due to client request or billing issues and the client desires to reactivate the account, a non-refundable new account setup fee is required prior to account reactivation. 2netave does not guarantee to restore client web site files when reactivating account. Accounts are reactivated after all outstanding charges are paid. If an account was cancelled due to policy violation, 2netave will not reactivate the account.

  1. Disclaimer

Even though we make all the effort to keep server running all the time. But 2netave is not responsible for any damages to any client's business. 2netave makes no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for services that we provide. Use of 2netave's web hosting and email service is at the client's sole risk. 2netave's services are provided on an "as is, as available" basis. 

2netave will monitor all internet activity to ensure the quality of service.

  1. Information Sharing and Disclosure

2netave is committed to protect customer's privacy. We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies, except to provide services you have requested when we have your permission, or under the law.
